We offer weekly servicing, brush cut mowings, as well as one time mows for those that need it. Please see below for additional information: Most of our clients love to add our very affordable edging service to increase their curb appeal even more!

Weekly Lawn Mowing Service:

We mow, trim, and clean up by blowing all grass clippings from concrete areas. On occasion, additional charges may apply based on additional time to provide a clean cut due to conditions outside of our control, such as excessive rain, irrigation or even a high growth rate.

Brush Cut Mowings:

A Brush Cut mowing is intended for areas that do not need maintenance on a weekly basis but require maintenance on a different frequency of service. These could be areas such as pond banks, water retention areas or even walking paths. Brush Cut Mowing is typically performed on intervals of bi-weekly, monthly or 3 times per growing season.

Special Request or one time mowings:

Special request mowings are charged at 1.5 times our regular rate.

Increase your curb appeal by adding our edging service. We offer weekly or monthly edging services. Edging not only adds great curb appeal but it also helps to protect your sidewalks and driveway from deterioration.

We offer an in-person consultation to provide you additional advice and suggestions to ensure that your landscaping needs are not only met, but exceeded.

The bush, hedge and tree trimming service can be completed at any time. The type of bush, hedge or tree will dictate the proper time to prune it. We recommend routine maintenance to be completed in the spring and/or fall.

We also offer plant application services. Sometimes these are needed to help plants survive, combat heat, increase growth and prevent/cure diseases.

Our six step lawn applicant program is designed to aid in the overall health of your lawn, as well as to add curb appeal to your property. This program is strategically scheduled from early spring to late fall.

1st Application

* 1st Application, Early Spring

Crabgrass preventer mixed with weed and feed. Controlling crabgrass early on prevents the nuisance all season long. We also had weeded and feed for a quick spring green up.

*2nd Application, Spring

This application of Mesatrione feeds and strengthens your turf while actively controlling growing weeds, such as dandelions.

* 3rd Application, Late Spring

Applying granular fertilizer will help to strengthen your lawn against the heat and drought; while the spot spray is used to control and kill any actively growing weeds.

*4th Application, Summer

A slow release fertilizer is applied to combat summer stress and help with root recovery during the heat of the summer.

*5th Application, Early Fall

A slow release nitrogen fertilizer is applied along with a liquid broadleaf control application.

*6th Application, Fall/Winter

In this final step, we prepare your yard by putting your lawn to sleep for the winter. This also helps with a quick green up in the spring.

Tired of pesky weeds in your landscape beds that keep coming back year after year?!? We hear yah!

We can propose a one time or monthly service option that offers a physical or chemical means of maintaining a weed free landscape.

Core aeration is important in maintaining a healthy lawn. This service involves using a stand on or push behind aeration machine that pulls out core plugs from the lawn. In pulling out the plugs, it loosens the compaction of the soil so that the grass roots can navigate the soil better. It also allows for more nutrient flow to the plant roots to aid in strengthening your turf’s overall health. It is very important that we are notified of invisible fencing and/or irrigation lines to prevent damage to the systems.

In addition to aeration we offer the option to overseed. Overseeding can happen in the spring and/or fall and is great for increasing the overall density of existing turf.

Grub Control is a granular application in the latter part of June to help diminish and prevent grubs in the turf. An infection of grubs can lead to turf stress and damage. If grubs are left untreated, you could potentially incur animals that will dig in your turf to find grubs as a food source.

We offer leaf removal services during the spring and fall seasons. This service can also be included as part of a debris clean-up; where we remove all trash and debris from the premises.
